AB  - The charge transfer between hemispheres is investigated in the framework of a model with neutral and isotropic clusters. Without specifying the production mechanism of the clusters, the charge-transfer distribution can be uniquely determined by inclusive spectra. Minor discrepancies observed in the comparison with experimental data are attributed to the influence of the charges of the leading particles, and further tests are proposed.
